The Details tab contains the basic information and configuration for a booking service. These settings define how the service appears to customers and how bookings are handled.

1.1 Service Image (Available in the START or higher plan)

Upload a main image for the service. This image will be displayed in the booking form when customers select the service.

  • Supported formats: PNG, JPG, GIF
  • Maximum file size: 10 MB
  • Optional: Leave this field empty if you do not want to display an image

You can upload the image by clicking the upload area or by dragging and dropping a file.

1.2 Service Name

Enter the name of the service. This name is shown to customers in the booking form and is also used internally to identify the service.

1.3 Category (optional)

Assign the service to a category.

Categories help organize services in the booking form and make it easier for customers to find the service they need.

Please note that if no category is selected, the service will be displayed without grouping.

1.4 Description

Add a description of the service.

This text is visible to customers during the booking process and can be used to explain:

  • What the service includes
  • Preparation instructions
  • Important notes or conditions

1.5 Override Main Notification Email(s)

Enable this option if you want to use different notification email addresses for this service instead of the global notification emails (which can be set in Settings -> Notifications -> Email).

When enabled, notifications related to this service will be sent to the service-specific email addresses configured in the Notifications settings.

1.6 Booking Form (Available in the PLUS or higher plan)

Choose which booking form customers will use when booking this service.

If you have a Plus or Pro license, you can build your own booking form custom fields using Webba Form Builder.

By default, the default Webba Booking form will be used. Using different forms allows you to collect service-specific information from customers.

1.7 Saving or Resetting

  • Click Save changes to apply your settings
  • Click Cancel to discard changes
  • Use Reset to defaults to restore the default service settings
